OC Next Act is grateful for the support of volunteers who help bring creativity, community, and confidence to life for our students. From retired seniors seeking meaningful engagement to young adults looking to build experience in the arts or education, there is a valuable role for everyone within our organization.
We welcome individuals with skills or interest in areas such as:
- Theatre production support
- Creative arts and performance mentorship
- Event operations and hospitality
- Administrative and fundraising assistance
- Youth engagement and inclusive programming

Background Check Requirement
OC Next Act is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all students. To ensure the well-being of our participants, all volunteers who work directly with youth must complete a standard background check prior to beginning service. Details regarding this process will be provided upon receipt of your volunteer interest form.
